Why prepayment outside Accra/Tema?
Nationwide COD increases failed deliveries. Prepayment helps us deliver faster and keep costs low.
Same-day delivery applies when:
The item is in stock,
The order is confirmed and paid (or confirmed for COD),
The delivery address and phone number are correct,
The order is confirmed before [cut-off time].
We deliver within Nigeria through our local fulfilment and delivery partners.
Major cities (e.g. Lagos/Abuja/Port Harcourt): 1–3 business days
Other states/remote areas: 2–5 business days
Delivery fees are calculated based on the destination and will be shown at checkout or shared during order confirmation.

Prepayment is required for Nigeria orders unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Orders shipped within Nigeria do not usually require customer action. If any special fees apply due to location or third-party courier rules, we will contact you before dispatch.
If tracking is available, we will send your tracking details via email/WhatsApp/SMS once your order is dispatched.
If tracking is not available for a specific route, our team will still update you with delivery status.
Please ensure:
Your phone number is reachable,
Someone is available to receive the parcel,
Your address and a nearby landmark are included.
If delivery fails because:
You were unreachable,
Address was incomplete/incorrect,
No one was available to receive,
…your order may be rescheduled. Additional delivery fees may apply for re-delivery.
Address changes are allowed before dispatch.
If your order has already been dispatched, we may not be able to change the destination.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:
Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos/video and your order number.
We’ll arrange a replacement or solution based on our Returns/Refund policy.
