Shipping policy

1) Processing Time (Before Shipping)

  • Order processing time: 0–1 business day

  • Orders placed before [cut-off time, e.g. 12:00pm] may ship the same day.

  • Orders placed after the cut-off ship the next business day.

  • Processing may take longer during promotions, public holidays, or high-volume periods.


2) Ghana Shipping

A) Delivery Areas

We deliver nationwide in Ghana.

B) Delivery Timeframes

  • Greater Accra (Accra & Tema): Same-day or Next-day delivery (depending on location and order time)

  • Outside Greater Accra (All other regions): 1–3 business days after dispatch

Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by weather, road conditions, or courier delays.

C) Delivery Fees (Ghana)

  • Accra & Tema: ₵[amount]

  • Outside Accra/Tema: ₵[amount] – ₵[amount] (based on region)

(If your fee varies by region, you can add a simple line like: “Fees are shown at checkout or confirmed on WhatsApp before dispatch.”)

D) Payment Methods (Ghana)

  • Accra & Tema: Cash on Delivery (COD) is available, plus Mobile Money.

  • Outside Accra & Tema: Prepayment required before dispatch (Mobile Money / Card / Bank transfer).

Why prepayment outside Accra/Tema?
Nationwide COD increases failed deliveries. Prepayment helps us deliver faster and keep costs low.

E) Same-Day Delivery Rules (Ghana)

Same-day delivery applies when:

  • The item is in stock,

  • The order is confirmed and paid (or confirmed for COD),

  • The delivery address and phone number are correct,

  • The order is confirmed before [cut-off time].


3) Nigeria Shipping

A) Delivery Areas

We deliver within Nigeria through our local fulfilment and delivery partners.

B) Delivery Timeframes (Nigeria)

  • Major cities (e.g. Lagos/Abuja/Port Harcourt): 1–3 business days

  • Other states/remote areas: 2–5 business days

C) Delivery Fees (Nigeria)

  • Delivery fees are calculated based on the destination and will be shown at checkout or shared during order confirmation.

  • Nigeria delivery fee: ₦[amount] – ₦[amount] (or “calculated at checkout”)

D) Payment Methods (Nigeria)

  • Prepayment is required for Nigeria orders unless explicitly stated otherwise.

  • Accepted: Card / Bank transfer / [Paystack/Flutterwave/etc.]

E) Customs / Import Notes (Nigeria)

Orders shipped within Nigeria do not usually require customer action. If any special fees apply due to location or third-party courier rules, we will contact you before dispatch.


4) Order Tracking

  • If tracking is available, we will send your tracking details via email/WhatsApp/SMS once your order is dispatched.

  • If tracking is not available for a specific route, our team will still update you with delivery status.


5) Delivery Attempts & Missed Deliveries

Please ensure:

  • Your phone number is reachable,

  • Someone is available to receive the parcel,

  • Your address and a nearby landmark are included.

If delivery fails because:

  • You were unreachable,

  • Address was incomplete/incorrect,

  • No one was available to receive,

…your order may be rescheduled. Additional delivery fees may apply for re-delivery.


6) Address Changes

  • Address changes are allowed before dispatch.

  • If your order has already been dispatched, we may not be able to change the destination.


7) Damaged, Wrong, or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos/video and your order number.

  • We’ll arrange a replacement or solution based on our Returns/Refund policy.
